A simple and easy way to understand how a dog operates. Stanley was focussing and listening to me with in a very short time and not pulling on the lead, not rushing the doors, sitting and waiting, he wasn't scared of the world ,was looking around ,checking things out which was not what he was like before. He would react to anything and try to run away from it including the paddock which we run them in, I could even get him into that paddock at the first attempt to enjoy the space. There was no pressure on the dog or myself which made it easier to get the message across. We had thunderstorms that night and with the natural relaxants and Marks Bark Busters techniques Stanley was not worried about them. Still not enjoying them but much less stressed.

I found the training very helpful. It was clear and concise and sensible. It definitely fitted what we needed. It was great to have some pre reading. And I am really pleased we have written notes as well as info sheets. I also really like the home training schedule I find this helpful as I like to have lists to follow. Having Mark come to our house was great.

I was amazed how quickly Mark identified the underlaying causes & problems we were having with Becky. I have had dogs for nearly 50 years & I realized that I still had much to learn. The changes I have noticed in Becky's behaviour within just a few hours of implementing Mark's recommendations have been quite astounding.

We were given some really good non aggressive positive ways to deal with the issues we were having, a dog who was definitely in charge and a barker, Started chasing cars etc.

Within 3hrs Mark gifted me an excellent well behaved girl. Mark gave me the confidence in myself to 'Lead' our pack. His calm manner reduced stress both within Lukita and Myself. The training aids & Wagg Walker harness provided are miracle makers. Thank you.

Mark was fantastic. We learnt so much on how to get our 5 month old lab focused and listening to us. He started responding straight away and we now have the confidence that we are training him the right way. We have plenty of homework to carry on with and are looking forward to our next lesson. Louie responded well to the techniques that Mark used. Mark gave us lots of practical strategies to try and he took the time to explain why and how his techniques work. We were really pleased to see immediate improvements in Louie.

Right from the get-go Rosie responded really well to Mark's training. He was friendly and informative and was able to answer all our questions and problems directly and easily. Rosie has already shown huge improvement in her previously dominant behaviour in just a couple of days. The techniques Mark taught us are easy to follow and only require small changes in our day to make it work. Mark was absolutely fantastic with Monty and us!!! The change in behaviours was incredible even within the first hour. Mark was awesome with Reiko ( a 7 month old samoyed) who can be very vocal and can be very stubborn at the best of times. We saw a massive improvement with Reiko on the lead by the end of the lesson, less bolshy behaviour around the house and with 7 months of nearly pulling my arm off, he was walking with a loose lead, couldn't believe it! Mark's instructions were easy to follow, clear and to the point. I took Reiko out for his first walk this morning since the session and actually enjoyed it and felt relaxed. Thanks heaps Mark!

On training day we found Mark to be very knowledgeable and was very good in delivering instructions that was easy for us to put into practice. There was an immediate response on the day and one week post training Zoe is a different dog. We feel relaxed and enjoy taking Zoe out for walks now. Post training phone calls has been good for keeping us all in check and reflecting on whats working well and what still needs working on.
