Keiko was awesome. I was at ease immediately. Blew me away actually @ how quickly Rosie responded. Training techniques are trust based, no pain or treats needed. I learnt alot. I have already recommended Bark Busters!

Keiko was extremely helpful with our dog Tank as well as to us. She explained very well how our human behaviour and our present circumstances affected our dog's behaviour. It seemed to be a hopeless case for Tank. We were scared we were going to lose him if his behaviour doesn't improve. Keiko was so accommodating, she booked us for a lesson immediately. After the first meeting, we noticed changes in Tank, good ones. We trust Keiko's training will transform Tank to be a better and friendlier family dog. Another admirable trait of Keiko, she does her work professionally and most importantly with a personal touch. Our sincerest thanks to Keiko, a remarkable person.

Keiko was a great help! She explained why our dog was exhibiting the particular behaviors he was and how to help correct them. We are more than happy with the results and saw a change in our dogs attitude right from the very first training. He is a lot calmer now that he knows he doesn't have to be our protector all day long! The follow up session was also very helpful to make sure we were on the right track and doing all the right things with our training homework. I only wish we got onto the training sooner and didn't put our dogs bad behavior down to being 'just what dogs do.'

Keiko has a great passion and understanding of dogs and it shows in her work. The techniques used are very positive and show results. Keiko has been a patient and understanding trainer with us and in a short amount of time we have seen a noticeable difference in Poppy's behaviour. Nothing is too much trouble for her and we know that she is only a short phone call or email away if we ever have any questions.
