What a nice guy. Really patient and full of information. I was having trouble with a puppy I was looking after for my mum, so animal control put me onto mark. Well he could of quite easily said sorry you're not a client so I can't help you - well on more than one occasion he talked me through how to deal with mums puppy. So I thought why not have a lesson, well I had no idea their behaviour could change so easily. My biggest problem was barking when someone came to the door, then run off to the neighbours. Well no more, Just with one lesson. Then at the end of the lesson I find out that mark will come back to Blm in about 6 wks to do a refresher. I know that it is a little costly, but I say it is worth every penny. A happy owner has happy dogs. Thanks Mark.

Excellent training. Gave me confidence and tools to work with to ensure Kaspa is listening and a lot less stressed knowing that I am now the Alpha. Mark spent over 3 hours with us. He ensured that we experienced and corrected issues relating to other dogs, (we had to go and find some), and also went to the Vet and spent some time there.

He answered all our questions and it is great he came to our home. The initial assessment of our dog helped put our minds at ease and we are having so much more fun now.

We found Keiko very good. She explained in detail everything. With 2 puppies it is a consistent battle but we have to be consistent. I recommend Keiko to anybody who needs help with their dog or dogs.
