Absolutely brilliant experience, Mark knows what he's talking about. saw results immediately

So far so good still have a lot to learn together, it’s more harder to teach humans to be on the same page

We had a very productive session with Mark and put all the information to practical use on a walk outside with the dogs which was very helpful. It was good to see everything covered in the lesson time and put into practice. The dogs are less pushy and more responsive.

I have an energetic 6-month-old Jack Russell named Gem who is full of life. The biggest challenge has been managing her misbehaviors, especially her aggression towards our older dog Pearl. I’ve only just started on my Bark Busters training with Gem, and I am already seeing huge changes. Mark has shown me clear ways to correct Gem’s behaviours, and every day she’s improving. She’s such a smart little dog, and I’m slowly learning how to adjust to what she needs from me as her owner. What I appreciate most is how Mark made training very easy to follow, yet enjoyable. I love getting to bond with Gem while we practice, and I’m so grateful for his help in bringing out the best in her. Thanks Mark

Our 2 year old Spaniel, Leo had recently started growling at children and jumping up on them as well as being extremely hyper when guests came over, barking at neighbours and pulling on the leash. Keiko was incredible right from the get go. She clearly explained to us that Leo lacked respect and thought he was top of the pecking order in our household. Once she explained his behaviours to us, and all the little things we didn’t realise we were doing to promote these behaviours, we had a big break through moment. Leo has responded incredibly well to the training so far and we can’t wait to get Keiko back to help us continue the training.

Keith is amazing. Thanks to him, in a few hours we have a different 2-year old FrenchieX and we are trained to speak her language and correct her behaviour. I can't speak highly enough of Keith's training. He's equipped us with everything we need.

We had a wonderful first training session with Keiko. I was very pleasantly surprised to see how quickly Tilly responded to her! Literally changing her behaviour within 10 minutes. I know we still have a way to go, but I have been well equipped with information and training to make it happen! I feel totally supported and confident in moving ahead with all our goals!

We have a hyper enthusiastic, people loving dog, who enjoys interacting with humans - whether they like it or not! Keith has taught us many ways to calm her enthusiasm and leave her in no doubt she is a dog and quickly becoming a well behaved one. Holly is so much calmer. Listens to instructions, loves her crate, walks quietly alongside, learning that jumping is not welcome. Knows about distance recall. Has stopped jumping all over people and furniture. Holly no longer barks at everything that passes our front window. We are very satisfied with the pleasant, highly skilled, dog behaviour therapist Keith. As owners we are a work in progress! We recently adopted a 3month old springer spaniel and had no idea what we got ourselves into, we searched Murihiku (Southland or Tail end of the land) for a trainer to help us get started and we found Mark from Bark Busters NZ. His communication with us from first contact was impeccable and we knew we wanted to work with BBNZ because of that. Great communication and prompt. Rusty the Springer Spaniel reacted so well to our first meeting with Mark, all three of us were taught some great things, and we are putting them in place. Feeding time is now my favourite time of the day where rusty sits and waits to be told "free" Its eating time buddy. We recommend Bark Busters and we are only a week out from our first session already seeing huge improvements, we are looking forward to a refresher in a few weeks. To learn new things as a pack!
