Learnt lots about our dog and how he is being top in the house hold.Mark talked through techniques and then followed it up with outdoor training sessions. easy to follow , clear instructions.Dog had made improvements very quickly and was walking nicely on lead by end of session.

- I.B, Burwood, Canterbury (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
Great people who want the best for their dog and their own sanity, Mosses was aggressive to other dogs and pulled a lot and barked at numerous things in the garden. Quick learner and great work by the owners to take on board the techniques. I look forward to hearing the updates

I would 100% recommend Mark to anyone who needs some help with their dog. I have a very hyper 2 year old Black Lab who thinks he's the boss, so I always had a hard time getting him to listen. Mark taught me so many techniques to use, and by the end of the session I honestly felt like I was looking at a different dog. His techniques were safe, and were all about learning how to speak "dog" in a non-threatening way. I still have a long way to go, and it will be a work in progress, but I am confident that these techniques will continue to improve my boy's behavior. I am so excited to keep practicing! My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner!

- S.B, Parklands, Canterbury (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
This dog was on hyper drive, play drive to the max. Anything the client had already tried he would laugh at and keep playing his boisterous games. Hadn't learnt to focus, but as soon as the client implemented our programming and training exercises he started to settle and listen. Big dog and would have been the leader in his litter. Awesome job guys, see you soon for a check up.

Mark came a week ago and we immediately saw improvements in Bensons behaviour as we changed the way we managed him. We had guests to the house on Saturday. We are usually concerned for their safety, but to our amazement instead of barking and chaos at the door he went to his basket when asked and sat quietly. He remained there most of the morning even after being told he could leave. At one stage his snoring could be heard by everyone around the table 😁

Benson is a Spaniel on the edge, nervous of visitors and had got nippy and aggressive toward them and the door. major barker at most things. He responded very well to the owners application of our training focus work and also to the barking and door answering process. Great to hear such a fantastic result after only a week. Awesome work Ladies and Benson. Keep up the good progress.

The technique was easy to follow, we noticed Monty was calmer and following commands almost immediately. Using the BAH word has been a game changer. We both felt engaged and the time flew by.

- D.E, Picton, Marlborough (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
Monty is a lovely dog but so in charge, was barking at any passers by and not focussing on commands. He responded well once the programming exercises started to refocus his on a mission brain. Great work by the owners to take on board a new way of communicating with Monty.

Mark gave me and my dog Cooper great tips and training. An improvements were seen in short time. Excellent program and advise on food choices to grain free making a huge difference.

- E.M, Stoke, Nelson (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
Cooper is a 4 year old lab who acted like a 6mth old, absolutely hyper most of the time people are around him and just leaps , barks , physically played constantly with very little focus ability. Was extremely hard to walk or even get to do anything. The lessen was only in the small yard and driveway because his focus ability was so small but even so changes could be seen . I'm really looking forward to seeing him is a few weeks for an update. Great determination by the owner who could easily have given up on him.

15th March 2018 - Mark Gall

It was such a relief to see Mark arriving as I had been dealing with a barking problem with Molly since before Christmas and had had neighbour /council complaints. Also in mid December I had fallen and broken my little finger in a number of places and had been in plaster and a splint for five weeks - meaning I couldn't take Molly out for walks either. And she had become really naughty !!! She was absolutely fine with Mark - no big barks or nipping and he proceeded to tell me how I could train her with the aid the Bah word, and claps. No treats as happened at dog obedience !!! Molly has been a different dog both yesterday and today. She is quiet but playful, great on her walks, still very dubious about the big buses and trucks - but not retreating when we watch them from the corner. I felt like crying for joy at the end of the lesson yesterday - she is a changed girl.

- A.M, Karori, Wellington (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
The owner of Molly is a lovely mature lady who was definitely struggling with this young Jack Russell who has various fear issues but essentially just wanted a lead dog. That's what the owner now is in the nicest possible way with losing the great affection they have. Brilliant result and a beautiful pair together.

13th March 2018 - Keiko Ruwhiu

It is an amazing experience. We have had dogs before for many years. This is the first time we had a German Shepard - She is unique. We have had training with German Shepard club and some personal trainers, and were never satisfied. Then comes Keiko with her unique technique and training to us - we are blown away (also Arya...) We are happy all are going well with us consequent to this training.

- G.X, Massey, Auckland (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Keiko
Arya (German Shepherd 2 years old) had come a long way. She stopped barking and jumping up when visitors arrive and come when she is called. The owners are very determine to help her to behave better and doing a great work! Happy dog = Happy family. Keep up the good work!

Through a very simple approach, all fell in to place, both for us and for Izzy.

- E.P, Blockhouse Bay, Auckland (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Keiko
Izzy (10 month old Pit Bull cross) is such a sweet girl but can be stubborn. She was pulling lead when walking and only came when she wanted to. Izzy responded to the training very well. Keep up the good work!

11th March 2018 - Keiko Ruwhiu

Balto has come a long way since we called Keiko in she has helped us a great deal teaching us the correct way to teach Balto. We still have a few more things to practice but we are going to get there with Keiko's help

- V.S, Glendene, Auckland (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Keiko
Yes, Balto (German Shepherd 10 months old) has come a long way. He was quite confused of the rules and boundaries. Once you set them clear he was happy to follow. I am very pleased with his progress. Keep up the good work!

8th March 2018 - Keiko Ruwhiu

Excellent advice and support. Everything Keiko suggested worked and is easy to follow.

- S.F, Gulf Harbour, Auckland (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Keiko
Cooper (7 month old Labrador Staffy cross) was a shy puppy when he joined Bark Busters three months ago. But all the time and effort the owners put in he is much more confident and behaving so much better. I was very please to see his progress but he is still a young dog so keep up the good work!

8th March 2018 - Mark Gall

Mark had a very relaxed, non-judgemental manner. He explained things well and made the lesson enjoyable and the instruction easy to follow. Our dog responded well to the training and there was a marked improvement after the lesson. We continue to see improvement as we carry out the ' homework' set by Mark.

- J.K, RENWICK, Marlborough (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
This dog is a lovely Golden retriever who absolutely ruled the roost at home but out of home , jumping , rushing doors , pulling on lead especially around certain walking area which she also got extremely worried about. Definitely a work in progress in the scared of walk areas but she'll come along as the programming is applied.
